Business for Beaufort (B4B) has its origins in the 1980s when it was
established as the Beaufort Business and Tourist Association to assist
the promotion and development of commerce activity in the Beaufort
area.
B4B vision is:
Through leadership and partnerships, B4B is a vibrant and active
advocate for economic prosperity and well-being for businesses and
residents in the Beaufort Community.
B4B aims to develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships to
assist growth and development of the business community, to advocate
for and identify projects that contribute to sustainable economic and
business development, to provide a program of business development
events and initiatives and to maintain a strong and active organisation
and membership.
The group meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at various locations
in the town. It also maintains this Beaufort website.
